Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Wythenshawe (M22)

Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated psychology graduate to join our team at a mixed-age SEMH school in Wythenshawe. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing challenging behaviour in a supportive and constructive manner.
  • Building positive and trusting relationships with students to facilitate pupils’ emotional growth and wellbeing.
  • Utilising holistic techniques to address SEMH needs and promote positive outcomes for students.
  • Completion of Team Teach training, highly valuable to effectively support students.

  • Competitive daily rate of £84+ per day through PAYE, with no umbrella company or agency fees.
  • Full-time position Monday-Friday, paid on a timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel until the end of the academic year.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
