Your job willinclude:

  • Working inteams on reactive and planned maintenancejobs
  • Working at height safely on a dailybasis
  • Cladding Commercial Traditional &Industrial Roofing maintenance
  • Gutteringrepairs / replacement
  • Must be flexible withworking hours working away early starts late finishes and someweekends as and when required.

  • Undertaking theInstallation/changing of Siphonic RWOs
    Carrying outrepairs to existing siphonic systems (i.e. cutting out andreplacing blocked pipework/changing flex seal couplers toelectrofusion sleeves).
    General repair work toinadequate systems (i.e. replacement/additional bracketry).
    Installation of new supplementary secondarysystems/overflow spitters to out of date projects to bring theoverall rainwater protection in line with the current Britishstandards.
    General service unlocking and problemdetection of Siphonic Rainwater systems.
