Your job will include:

Working in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobsWorking at height safely on a daily basisCladding, Commercial, Traditional & Industrial Roofing maintenanceGuttering repairs / replacementMust be flexible with working hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekends as and when required.Availability to be on call on a rota basisWillingness to learn new skillsGood communication and customer service skillsPride in workmanship and accountabilityUtilising portable devices to undertake dynamic risk assessments on site and preparing reports on completed works.Undertaking the Installation/changing of Siphonic RWO’s
• Carrying out repairs to existing siphonic systems (i.e. cutting out and replacing blocked pipework/changing flex seal couplers to electrofusion sleeves).
• General repair work to inadequate systems (i.e., replacement/additional bracketry).
• Installation of new ‘supplementary’ secondary systems/overflow ‘spitters’ to out of date projects to bring the overall rainwater protection in line with the current British standards.
• General service, unlocking and problem detection of Siphonic Rainwater systems.

Essential Skill

Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, flat roofing & commercial sheeted roofs)
