We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join Public Health Wales as a Content Development Officer for the Healthy Working Wales team as part of the Health Improvement Division within Public Health Wales. This role will hold specific responsibility for the development of high quality content for the Healthy Working Wales (HWW) website and other HWW communications platforms.
Main duties of the job
Healthy Working Wales is a Welsh Government funded programme working across Wales to support and encourage employers to create healthier workplaces through developing and sustaining environments, policies and activities that protect health and promote good health. The programme helps employers to achieve a range of positive business and organisational outcomes while also contributing to the health and wellbeing of the working age population in Wales.
This is an interim role to strengthen and expand HWW's capacity and ability to deliver a new digital service for employers. The individual will support the HWW team to plan and produce high quality content that is in line with strategic objectives, tailored to specific audiences and optimised for specific digital channels including website, intranet, email and social media.
The ability and willingness to travel to locations across Wales on an occasional basis travel across Wales, is essential to the role.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
