Who are we looking for?

We have an opportunity for a Production Leader in our Manufacturing plant in Saffron Walden.  In this role, you will be managing all aspects of Powerflow Flushing machine assembly and overseeing production assistants.  This is a varied role which can be physically challenging.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will be leading a small team in order to keep our plant running smoothly:

  • Powerflow Flushing machine assembly and small parts order preparation.
  • Powerflow servicing and repairs.
  • Warehouse management and stock receipt logging.
  • Warehouse house keeping and H&S.
  • Sample kit preparation for distribution.
Who are You?

Ideally qualified to minimum GCSE Level including English and maths.

Warehouse and assembly experience, minimum 2 years.

Experience of data entry.

Knowledge of stock management software including SAGE/JDE.

Practical skills with parts assembly, including glued parts applications (not essential)

What competencies will you need?

To be successful in this role you it is essential you have great communication skills - both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills.  You will be leading a small team and interacting with other members of the wider team.  You will have a keen eye for attention to detail,  problem solving skills, be a team player and take responsibility for the production plant.
