Who are we looking for?

We have an opportunity for a Production Leader in our Manufacturing plant in Saffron Walden. In this role, you will be managing all aspects of Powerflow Flushing machine assembly and overseeing production assistants. This is a varied role which can be physically challenging.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will be leading a small team in order to keep our plant running smoothly:

  • Powerflow Flushing machine assembly and small parts order preparation.
  • Powerflow servicing and repairs.
  • Warehouse management and stock receipt logging.
  • Warehouse house keeping and H&S.
  • Sample kit preparation for distribution.
Who are You?
  • Ideally qualified to minimum GCSE Level including English and maths.
  • Warehouse and assembly experience, minimum 2 years.
  • Experience of data entry.
  • Knowledge of stock management software including SAGE/JDE.
  • Practical skills with parts assembly, includingglued parts applications (not essential)
What competencies will you need?

To be successful in this role you it is essential you have great communication skills - both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills. You will be leading a small team and interacting with other members of the wider team. You will have akeen eye for attention to detail, problem solving skills, be a team player and take responsibility for the production plant.
