General Purpose of Role

To accurately and efficiently raise Orders for dispatch, collection or logistics requirements from PCI sites across the UK and Europe in accordance with standard procedures.

Main Responsibilities :

Monitor email/order inboxes.

Manage assigned client order requests with correct categorisation during the raising of the sales order within the ERP system.

Meet client and departmental expectations by raising the order(s) accurately, efficiently and within the required standard timelines.

Create Sales Order numbers within the ERP system and prepare any required documentation e.g., QP Certificate, Temperature Monitor Instructions.

Book courier for assigned orders and generate courier airway bill for ongoing shipments.

Assist with order queries or issues which may arise during the raising of a sales order notifying senior personnel within the department.

Liaise with multiple Warehouse teams internationally on a daily basis to prioritise urgent dispatches or urgent order requirements.

Full compliance with PCI’s Health and Safety standards

Previous Work Experience :

Order processing experience is desirable but not essential.

Specific Knowledge / Skills Competence :

Excellent written and communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Experience of MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel etc) essential.

Good problem solving skills

Customer Service skills

Sound decision making abilities
