- General Purpose of Role_:
Accurately and efficiently raise Orders for dispatch, collection or logistics requirements from multiple PCI sites in accordance with standard procedures.
- Main Responsibilities_:- Manage assigned client order requests with correct categorisation during the raising of the sales order within the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.- Meet client expectations by raising the order(s) accurately, efficiently and within the required standard timelines.- Meet department expectations by raising the orders(s) accurately, efficiently and required daily targets.- Create Sales Order numbers within the ERP system and prepare any required documentation e.g., QP Certificate, Temperature Monitor Instructions.- Book courier for assigned orders and generate courier airway bill for ongoing shipments.- Assist with order queries or issues which may arise during the raising of a sales order notifying senior personnel within the department.- Conduct second checks of the order documentation raised by colleagues, prior to providing sales order job-sheets to the Warehouse teams based at multiple PCI sites.- Liaise with Warehouse teams at other PCI sites daily to prioritise urgent dispatches or urgent order requirements.- Full compliance with PCI’s Health and Safety standards.- Previous Work Experience_:
- Specific Knowledge / Skills Competence_:
- Excellent written and communication skills.- Exceptional attention to detail.- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential.
