We offer our team great training opportunities and support, excellent facilities and the satisfaction of having the opportunity to deliver truly outstanding care for children.
Requirements
As a Deputy Manager you will:
Support all teams within the Nursery.
Work alongside the manager in the day to day operations of the Nursery.
Ensure that all teams are providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
Lead and support your teams together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice at all times
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
Qualified level 3 or above, with at least 4 years experience of working in a Nursery and at least 2 year's experience of a leadership and management role.
