Our esteemed nursery in Marston Moretaine is seeking a seasoned and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving nursery. Working a 38-hour week, with excellent benefits including on-site parking, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £42,000.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are tailored to their age and developmental stage. You will also be expected to enhance the overall daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Have at least 4 years of experience working in full-day care nursery settings
* Have managed a nursery setting and ideally have taken a nursery setting through an Ofsted inspection
* Inspire a team and lead by example
* Provide a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, parents, and visitors
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS
* Qualified level 3 or above and at least 6 years of experience working in a nursery
