What the role is all about…
The Business Partner Support Team Leader will develop and coordinate a team of Business Partner Support Executives who are responsible for providing a best-in-class Partner service and support for B2B Partners so they can support their customers on the Three network.
The Business Partner Support Team leader will operate within the Channel Management team, supporting the day to day running of the team and offering onsite leadership of the team.
What you’ll be doing…
- Coordination and coaching of a team (c6-8 people) to drive performance, optimise day to day working
- Responsible for Partner satisfaction through the development of relationships with key Partner contacts to build a working understanding of their business to bring a value to them and their customers
- Define and delivering monthly targets as set by Business across a range of experiential metrics
- Responsible for monitoring ongoing Partner satisfaction/NPS, acting on feedback to improve and drive Partner satisfaction
- Ensure the team are updated and trained on all new propositions, marketing campaigns and operational changes to ensure that our colleagues are knowledgeable and offer first class support to partners.
- Prepare and deliver updates on performance to various levels of Three Business management, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged to an appropriate degree
Qualifications
What you'll ideally bring...
- Experience of leading, coordinating and organising a team.
- Experience of delivering outstanding operational support in a telco environment, ideally B2B
- Experience in successfully managing complex customer/Partner relationships and activities in the B2B telecommunications sector
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and team-working skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, making sound decisions in a time-pressured environment
What you'll receive in return…
- Salary range for this role starts at £24,960, and exact salary will differ by job and experience
- A performance based annual bonus (must join by 30th September to be eligible) & an additional 'flexible allowance' to spend on additional benefits, topping up your pension, or to be added to your salary
- Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week)

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
