**More about the role**:
The overall purpose of the role of Event Team Leader at Levy is to ensure the smooth operation and success of events held at The Scottish Event Campus (SEC). As the face of the designated area within the SEC, the Event Team Leader plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences to all visitors.
- Lead a team of staff members in delivering food and drink services in accordance with event instructions
- Serving customers and clients, managing sales, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, particularly regarding the sale and service of alcohol for those over 18 years old
- In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, the Event Team Leader is expected to embody the CARE mantra and uphold key behaviours such as teamwork and collaboration
- Fostering a positive work environment where staff members are encouraged to excel and shine in their roles. Ultimately, the Event Team Leader plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or events-related role is desirable, with demonstrated experience in leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
