Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Stock Administrator to join our team in Banbury on a full time permanent basis 

As a Stock Administrator you will be responsible for providing accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance.

Salary: £29,500 per annum.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am. 

Key Duties of a Stock Administrator:

  • Inspecting floors daily and physically checking stock as required.
  • Reconciling goods inbound report.
  • Creating and distributing stock reports as required.
  • Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
  • Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
  • Processing returns.
  • Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside, and missing pallets.
  • Emptying location checks as required.
  • Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
  • Providing cover for internal senior team.
  • Filing general admin paperwork.
  • Other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • PC literate and experience in MS Excel.
  • Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
  • Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative.
  • Able to manage own workload effectively and prioritise.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
