As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively seeking out new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a highly client-facing role that requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods

- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and preferences

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability for both the client and the company

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge

 

Requirements:

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Experience in selling services to commercial clients

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Valid driver's license

 

LCS offer a very attractive package including basic salary, plus uncapped commission structure and fully expensed company car, laptop and mobile phone.

 

First Year OTE £38'500.00 (Realistic)
