As a Digital Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing client needs, identifying commercial opportunities, and managing a portfolio of accounts. This role requires a strategic approach to digital sales, focusing on personalised account strategies, data-driven decision-making, and targeted campaign management.

HYBRID- TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY IN OUR RUDDINGTON OFFICE- NOTTINGHAM

Responsibilities

- Understand Ideagen's position in the client process and the pain points our solutions address.
- Analyse territory, whitespace, and total commercial opportunity for the US and XS markets.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, developing and executing account-specific digital sales strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of each account to tailor sales approaches and solutions effectively.
- Implement and track digital sales campaigns, focusing on accounts with the highest potential for growth.
- Analyse account data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support related to digital sales campaigns.
- Create and complete RTNs.

Skills and Experience

- Account Planning: Proven ability to create and execute effective sales plans for each account within a digital framework.
- Customer Insight: Demonstrated capability in developing a deep understanding of customer businesses and needs.
- Campaign Management: Experience in overseeing digital campaigns tailored to specific account goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with other sales and support teams for comprehensive account management.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to utilise account data in driving sales strategy and identifying growth opportunities.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing timely and effective support for customer inquiries and issues.
- Sales Target Achievement: Track record of meeting or exceeding assigned digital sales targets.
