Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Solutions Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth within their accounts, and actively pursuing new business prospects in the digital solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of 4-5 existing clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within current client accounts and develop strategic plans to promote and sell new e-learning packages.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and optimize solution offerings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment, preferably within the technology sector, with a focus on account management and upselling.
  • Proven track record of success in selling software or digital-based solutions.
  • Experience in IT recruitment or software recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
