Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects simultaneously, working closely with clients to drive growth, profitability, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations to drive results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Stack and other key technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence client decision-making and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive business results.
