As the Head of Performance Marketing at MPB, you will lead our performance marketing strategy, with a focus on paid media and affiliates, to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility across digital and offline platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative paid media campaigns that align with our business objectives and target audience.

As MPB's first Head of Performance Marketing - you would also be leading a high performance in-house performance marketing team, and playing the key role in the day-to-day running of paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic DSPs

  • Oversee the management of print media campaigns and direct publisher display activity

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CAC (Cost of Acquiring Customer), and conversion rate improvement

  • Lead a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and professional development.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other MPB teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor industry trends,the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve and capitalise on new opportunities.

  • Analyse campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in paid media management, with a track record of successfully driving performance focussed KPIs through digital advertising campaigns.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimisation.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and implementing innovative paid media strategies.



Required Skills & Knowledge 

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in paid media management.

  • “Hands on” proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic DSPs

  • Experience of working for or with a marketplace or re-commerce business is highly desirable

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau.

  • Experience managing budgets and optimising campaigns to achieve performance goals.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising certifications are a bonus.
