The role:

You’ll be based in our three-storey,
interior-designed office at the Aerohub, home to Cubs Coffee and a bustling co-working
space. Bursting with amenities, you’ll have use of our spacious staff pantry,
wet room, EV car chargers and a collection of vibrant meeting spaces. Hybrid working is available. 

As part of the Reservations
team, you’ll be responsible for handling bookings and enquires via e-mail,
telephone, live chat, and social media. You’ll get out and about, visiting our
properties to build up your knowledge of the portfolio. You’ll assist guests before,
during and after their stay with everything from paying their balance,
refunding security deposits, and helping with information about the property. 

About you:

We are looking for candidates
who have:

·        
Experience in a similar
hospitality environment.

·        
Experience in delivering a high level
of customer service.

·        
Local knowledge of Cornwall.

·        
A good working knowledge of Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

·        
English & Maths GCSE Grade
A-C (or equivalent).

·        
A full clean driving licence.

·        
The ability to work weekends
(Saturdays) on a regular basis.
