Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Lead and supervise front of house staff, including wait staff, hosts, and bartenders
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and service
- Assist in food preparation and cooking when needed
- Maintain high standards of food production and presentation
- Provide guidance on culinary techniques and menu knowledge
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Oversee bar operations, including inventory management and bartending duties

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a hotel or restaurant environment
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in managing reservations systems and point-of-sale software

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
