Our team in Liverpool are recruiting 2 Recovery Workers to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse client group. If you are an enthusiastic and creative individual and are passionate about changing people's lives for the better, we'd love to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

Our Recovery Workers work with our clients to help them to determine what their goals, ambitions and passions are, working with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to get them back onto the path to recovery. This is an integral role for With You - as a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions and key work responsibilities. You will manage an active caseload of clients, connecting quickly with the people we support, treating them respectfully and with dignity.

Job responsibilities

You will be a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. We're looking for demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those with substance misuse issues. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high quality service is maintained. A driving licence is desirable, but not essential, for this role. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders. The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Benefits

Qualifications

Essential

Attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months. You will also need to meet our safeguarding requirements of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.

Experience

To be successful in this role, you will: have some experience of working in a health, social care or related setting have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike be able to work effectively in a team, supporting others when needed be resilient under pressure and able to prioritise you work have good oral and written communication skills be comfortable using IT and digital media be organised and able to manage your time effectively able to be flexible with your working hours on occasion be happy to support other With You locations when needed
