Salarybased on post qualification experience, pro rata depending on actual workinghours

£per hour (equivalent to £28,998 per annum) Till end of preceptorship

£per hour (equivalent to £31,148 per annum) Up to 2 years post preceptorship

£per hour (equivalent to £35,470 per annum) 2 years or more post qualificationexperience.

Weare committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities forour staff and support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. We alsoprovide support with revalidation with the NMC, and ongoing professionaldevelopment and career progression.

Main duties of the job

To take charge of the service in the absence of the Clinical Lead and Senior Nurse Practitioner to ensure its smooth running and that standards of care are maintained

To assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes with service users, and to ensure that support is provided in accordance with individual plans for the people we support

To establish and maintain good relationships between the people we support, relatives and staff

To ensure the delivery of an individualised treatment plan for the people we support

To deliver on medication management as per the company Policies and Procedures for Medicine Management, NMC and The Care Quality Commission

An interest in mental health rehabilitation and promoting independence would help, however, skills can be transferred across from other professional training.

You may be involved in clinical reviews with our Responsible Clinician and liaise with GPs, MDTS and families. A full Supervision/Appraisal approach will be available. Daily support and guidance is available from peers and supervisors.

LeaCourt is an independent hospital based in the heart of Warrington inCheshire. Lea Court is a 26 bed unitthat works within a rehabilitation model.

The unit looks to offer a pathway for people living with mental healthissues. The unit supports individuals tolook at areas which have previously brought them into contact with inpatientservices and improve independence and quality of life.

We are a mixed-gender unit and we supportpeople on their rehabilitation journey from hospital or living in a securesetting to community-based living.

We employ a range of roles includingNurses, Occupational Therapists and Support Workers with knowledge andskills to ensure service users receive person-centredrehabilitation programmes to achieve their goals.
