Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone to partner with both regional and support office managers & teams to drive and support the people plan. The range of responsibilities will include: employee relations, performance management, disciplinary, grievances and absence management, workforce planning, employee engagement, health and wellbeing and HR value add projects to underpin our attraction and retention strategy.
