We are working this role for a long-standing client of ours, a full-service creative agency based in London, that specialize in creating unique and bespoke experiences.

Due to serious client growth, they are now looking for a Studio and Events Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be front of house for incoming clients, visitors, and partners.
  • Ensure constant coordination and communication between staff.
  • Help with the induction of new staff, including freelancers.
  • Be the lead in organizing staff events, parties, and socials.
  • Running and managing their exclusive lounge, where clients and visitors come to see the future of technology and design ideas of high-end clients.
  • Assist CEO in various levels of tasks and support.

About you:
  • Have experience in the design agency background.
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act fast and use initiative.
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Fun, engaging, and culture driven.
