Description

-Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
-Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
-Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
-Assist in organising employee events, training sessions, and other HR initiatives.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
-Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
