Description
-Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.-Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
-Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
-Assist in organising employee events, training sessions, and other HR initiatives.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
-Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
-Excellent organisation skills.-Confident positive telephone manner.
-Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
-Willingness to learn and help the team.
-Friendly, Flexible and Adaptable as our industry is very reactive.
-Work well under pressure.
-Strong communication skills are vital for this role.
-Ability to perform tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Ability to communicate professionally with all departments throughout the company
