Hybrid role must bein the office 3 days a week (M W F in office & T TH from home)work in the office for a first month full time then shift to ahybrid role Description:
  • This nonexempt position will develop executeand manage IT projects within the defined scope.
  • Works with business and IT management to establishproject goals objectives and deliverables.
  • Assess the degree to which changes to scope issues andrisks will affect projects working with department management andsponsor to gain agreement for resolution.
  • Measure performance to ensure the project is progressingas compared to the original plan and budget.
  • Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorizedresources to ensure all activities are performed.
  • Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approvalfrom the sponsor and stakeholders.
  • Communicateproject progress by producing project reports to provide timely andaccurate project status and decision support information to theProject Team and Department manager.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure project needs areaddressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to teammembers based upon their abilities.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate andDivisional Policies and procedures.
  • At thedepartment level or provides assistance to Program or Projectmanagers on phases of a larger project.
  • Makedecisions that impact projectlevel activities. Influenceprojectlevel budget.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree (Required)
  • At least 3 yrs. experience in project management businesssystems analysis or software development.
  • Supporting Pacemaker Software

Must Haves:
  • IT Software project management in a waterfallsetting need to be a leader proactive (Waterfall experience ismust)
  • Software delivery projects must becomputer IT related building new computer systems
  • No looking for a scum master experience or background andNo program manager experience
  • Tacticaldaytoday position for someone with 10 to 15 years of experience asIT Project Manager
  • This is a midlevel toposition so anyone who is a Sr. IT Project Manager Director orProgram Manager are overqualified
  • This is nota scum master position
  • Software technicalability beyond typical project manager able to understand MS AzureIT networking security processes procedures and evaluate technicalrequests
  • Strongspeaking/writing/soft/interpersonal skills
  • The position is customerfacing must be able tocommunicate clearly effectively and properly to clients
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must beable to professionally handle conflict and identify resolutionsacceptable to all parties

IT managers with project management is good and theydeliver software make decisions.

The ideal candidate should have experienceInfrastructure Project Manger.

Min 10 to 15years of experience if they have 20 years of experience will beconsidered.


REMOTE ORRELOCATION CANDIDATES NOT PERMITTED

1. Position is relationship based and inperson contactwith the broader team in the office is critical
2. Weare not able to convert remote contractors to FTEs
3.The position will contain frequent whiteboard sessions in theoffice physical presence is required for such meetings to befruitful.
