Responsibilities

Perform regular preventative maintenance on CNC machinery to uphold optimal performance standardsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptlyExecute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize production downtimeCollaborate closely with production and engineering teams to address specific machinery issues and optimize performanceMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including detailed logs, reports, and documentationSource and order spare parts as required, while managing an organized inventory effectivelyStay abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies to continually enhance machine performance

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, with a specialization in CNC machineryIn-depth knowledge of CNC machinery operations, encompassing mechanics, electronics, and hydraulicsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematicsSkilled in using maintenance tools and equipmentExcellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenanceStrong communication and teamwork skillsRelevant technical certifications or degrees are advantageous
