Edinburgh, United Kingdom Lloyds Banking Group Full time

Description

JOB TITLE: Analyst - Conduct Analytics & Monitoring

LOCATION(S): Bristol, Edinburgh, Chester, Leeds & Birmingham

SALARY: £28,000 to £35,000

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our People & Places hub locations.

About this Opportunity

We’re on an exciting journey and there couldn’t be a better time to join us. We’re putting in place a fresh operating model for non-financial risk management across the Group, empowering our people to take end-to-end accountability for managing the risks that they face.

Our business is on a huge transformation journey to ensure that we remain relevant for our customers today & tomorrow.

We’re looking for a colleague to join the Conduct Analytics & Monitoring team, where you'll play an integral part in the development and delivery of conduct risk insights.

You’ll manage team workflow and keep us on track with our delivery, in addition to contributing to how we shape our conduct analytics and monitoring processes. You'll have the opportunity to develop your critical thinking and explore how we can deepen our customer outcome insights. You'll be working in an exciting and diverse team and will be encouraged to be an active learner, where your ongoing development is key to our success.

What you'll be doing:

Proactively supporting colleagues with development and implementation of conduct analytics and monitoring processes. Support and manage delivery plans across individual projects, ensuring delivery objectives are tracked and progressing to plan. Support with key administrative activities, including arranging and minuting meetings, maintaining Teams and SharePoint sites, and assisting in the development of tools to strengthen team collaboration. Being prepared to be an active learner, engaging in new opportunities for development. Timely and accurate production of high-quality documentation and reporting to support analysis of the conduct and compliance environment by collating data from a variety of sources. Working with risk and control owner teams to investigate questions related to conduct risks, escalating as required to senior colleagues. Assisting with research activity to provide credible challenge or support of current practices.

Why Lloyds Banking Group?

Join us and, as well as making a difference to customers, you’ll enjoy a fulfilling career where you’re free to be yourself. Great colleagues, transforming workspaces, hybrid working and a wide variety of career opportunities – you’ll find them all here.

What you’ll need:

Organised and methodical approach to tasks, and ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities. Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, colleagues, and customers. Ability to prepare moderately complex documents / reports by using multiple computer applications (such as Microsoft Office), while also gathering and summarising data for reports. Curiosity, an eagerness to explore and deepen understanding of conduct regulation, and a desire to innovate and test new ideas. Ability to understand and assimilate different sources of data and complex information to support with effective insight delivery. An understanding of Consumer Duty and how to measure consumer outcomes.

And any experience of these would be really useful:

An understanding of the macro-economic environment and how this inter-relates with consumer outcomes. Experience of using Microsoft Power BI / Tableau. Experience of Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) systems and processes. Prior experience of supporting a data analytics or compliance risk function.

ABOUT WORKING FOR US:

Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative. And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.

We’re disability confident. So if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:

A generous pension contribution of up to 15% An annual performance-related bonus Share schemes including free shares Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping 24 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
