Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, delivering timely and accurate information, and collaborating with our implementation team to onboard new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate information regarding financial statements and analytics reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client success.
  • Work with our implementation team to onboard new clients, configuring solutions and scoping requirements.
  • Reconcile investment transactions and accounting information, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field.
  • Dynamic problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
