As a Conduct Analytics Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving our data-driven approach to identifying potential hotspots and risks before they materialize.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate production of high-quality documentation, reporting, and analysis to support the development of the control environment by collecting risk data from various sources and inputting data into standardized formats.
  • Monitor and support activities in alignment with the Group's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
  • Support timely reporting on the effectiveness and performance of controls and compliance, identifying and reporting any deviations to more senior colleagues.
  • Collaborate with risk teams to investigate questions related to the existing risk management framework.
  • Use insights on risks to identify issues and deliver remedial actions as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Insight: Uses expertise to accurately reflect the risk environment for key partner groups, producing key insights to drive actions and progress.
  • Data & Analytics: Ability to understand and assimilate different sources of data and complex information to support effective problem-solving that leads to relevant conclusions and recommendations.
  • Reporting: Demonstrates ability to provide support with monitoring activity to enable the production of concise reporting outputs.
  • Risk Management: Experience of running data-led risk management and practical implementation, including summarizing data and information to produce and maintain standardized risk maps.
  • Innovative: Innovates to go faster by taking responsibility for challenging existing processes, being an early adopter of change, and viewing advancements in technology as opportunities to help us deliver for our customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proven history of data engineering concepts and use of tools such as SQL, experience of agile ways of working practices, and understanding of what makes a successful team.

Desirable Skills

  • A background in behavioral analytics and external research would be highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Tableau/PowerBI, Python, ETL, Jira, Confluence.
