Job Title: Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk
Hours: 22.5 hours Per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Location: On-site working - Cardiff
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the PL function, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Daily processing of invoices
- Matching, checking, and coding invoices
- Creating PO's
- Processing staff expenses
- Statement Reconciliations
- Vendor set up and maintenance
- Resolving supplier queries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role is essential .
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Working Hours:
- 22.5 hours per week (3 Full days - Mon, Wed, Fri or 5 Part-Days)
