As the RPA Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the overall success of our RPA programme. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the programme, including governance processes, metrics, and measurement to ensure the delivery of best-in-class solutions. Additionally, you will lead the RPA strategy roadmap and shape programme priorities in alignment with organizational objectives.

This is an exciting new role for the Trust and one that has the potential to make a real difference in helping our busy clinicians and the teams that support them provide the highest standard of care to our patients. 

Main duties of the job

The RPA Programme Manager will - 

Lead and drive overall success of the RPA programme Manage RPA programme activities, governance processes, metrics and measurement to ensure best in class approach to solutions delivery. As the leader of the RPA programme, they also lead the RPA strategy roadmap as well as help shape the program priorities Manage programme board expectations and communicate performance; take direction from the programme board to set priorities Work closely with operational and corporate leads to engage and help educate wider organisation Manage software, platform, advisory, delivery factory partner relationships Drive successful operations in maintaining and enhancing deployed automation solutions Forecast staffing and resource (infrastructure, licence) needs as the programme grows Allocation and coordination of RPA resources, formulating best-practices, user training, proactively monitoring issues and risks and driving timely solutions Provide line management for RPA resources.

Essential criteria

Masters Qualification in business, finance or engineering or equivalent level of experience PRINCE 2 or equivalent qualification and/or equivalent experience.

At least two years of experience in RPA technology with exposure to different stages of the RPA development lifecycle A minimum of six months experience in project delivery using Agile methodologies, expert level in Agile software development life cycle – SCRUM Previous process improvement experience or qualifications such as Lean Six Sigma is advantageous Profound understanding of different RPA operating models

Desirable criteria

Automation Anywhere knowledge Experience of applying project methods within a healthcare setting. Experience in coaching or mentoring individuals.
