Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for a large number of employees accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle payroll deductions, taxes, and benefits
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries from employees
  • Generate payroll reports and assist with payroll audits
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and files
  • Assist with the implementation of payroll systems and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience with payroll software and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
