Role: Inside Sales Administration Support Executive (Aviation Services)

Location: UK Remote

Reporting into the Sales Lead, the Inside Sales Executive is primarily responsible for managing an established worldwide client portfolio in conjunction with Sales Manager. This position organizes, manages and implements selling strategies for WFS products. As well as developing/managing existing customers whilst maintaining internal rate of returns on all offered products and programs.

Key responsibilities

Developing established and new opportunities for existing customer baseOwn the administration function across our sales team, ensuring all documents and files are maintain to the highest standards Liaise with other sales teams on crossover opportunitiesMonitor credit. Assist collecting on accounts that are delinquent in paymentQuoting and margin management on all adhoc salesIdentify new lines of business which complement our existing offeringsUpdating client profiles to support the development of an opportunity matrixGenerating fuel orders for adhoc operationsAssisting and provide input on invoice dispute resolutions.

Experience

Strong aviation knowledge is beneficial.Strong Administration experienceSales experience or customer services within aviation is highly desirableStrong customer services skills and experience is essentialStrong oral and written communication skills in English is essentialStrong excel skills are important (knowledge of MS product suite
