One of the world’s leading broadcasting companies is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Support Administrator on a temporary basis. The purpose of this Sales Support Administrator role is to support the VP and provide complete administrative support to the sales team. The successful applicant will have experience within a highly administrative role, preferably within a sales environment. This is a hybrid working role.

**Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Providing complete administrative support to the sales team
- Dealing with incoming license enquiries, fielding general internal and client queries
- Processing incoming content license orders to include rights checking and maintaining comprehensive records of orders, deliveries
- Keeping detailed records, completing rights and availability checks, pricing checks, completing system data entry using Excel and Salesforce
- Finance tracking
- Developing presentations and business proposals to support the Sales Manager/Director in executing the sales/pitch process; including sourcing and collating market analytics, research and insights and pricing data in support of the development of pitch materials
- Developing market knowledge and insights around key clients, competitors, territory, content or product slate and audience demographics and communicating this information
- Distributing appropriate marketing information to clients
- Ensuring contracts are issued and a smooth transition of the deal to post-sales support and asset delivery is achieved
- Liaising with Sales Managers, Clients and the Sales Delivery team as required

**Sales Support Administrator Essentials**:

- Experience within a highly administrative role, preferably within a sales environment
- Ideally experience within a large broadcasting/media organization or agency
- Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy sales environment
- A good team player
- High attention to detail and concern for accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
