Customer Support Analyst

Position Overview: As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, providing support and guidance to our clients throughout the process. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing timely resolutions and offering expert advice. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner to assist with inquiries and submissions. Investigate and analyze customer inquiries to determine coverage, authenticity, and eligibility for processing. Guide customers through procedures, documentation requirements, and any necessary follow-up steps. Collaborate closely with internal teams Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using our CRM system. Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints with tact and efficiency, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
 

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in assessing information and identifying discrepancies. Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for managing customer interactions. A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for assisting and supporting customers in challenging situations.
