We have two exciting roles working within the Corporate and Programme teams. Reporting to a Senior Finance Manager, you will partner with business functions and collaborate with the whole finance team.

Roles are available across the following finance teams:

• Programme:

         o Business Partner with the Programme, Engineering, Purchasing & Design teams

         o Manage the financial impact of programme changes and new products or features on development costs and bill of materials

• Corporate:

         o Business Partner with C-Suite members and teams responsible for HR, IT, Facilities and Finance

         o Support the build-up of a best-in-class and cost-efficient infrastructure to support the growth of the business

The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Shalford, Guildford where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a scale-up, where your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our forward-thinking company. With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, Forseven offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons.

These are newly created positions and you will be one of the first hires in your team. As a recently qualified accountant, you will benefit from the mentorship of the finance leadership and have the opportunity to develop professionally as the company grows.

What you will do:

• Prepare budgets, track spend, analyse variances and update forecasts

• Analyse key projects and help prepare business cases to understand costs/benefits and deliver value for money

• Perform month-end processes, including correct accounting treatment of prepayments, leases, deposits and capital expenditure, working closely with the Financial Control team

• Help maintain strong governance and control on departmental spend

• Play a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning processes, collaborating across finance teams

• Business partner with key stakeholders in the business providing clear financials, and value adding analysis

Who you are:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

• Willing to roll up sleeves as required and adapt to change

• Driven and logical focussed

• Personable and approachable individual with experience building effective working relationships

• Experience in Management Accounting or Finance Business Partnering

• Advanced Excel; comfortable using it as primary tool and enjoying finding creative solutions to achieve desired result

• Basic knowledge of PowerQuery / PowerBI; excited to use and learn more about these tools
