Programme Finance Manager Role Overview

Forseven, a pioneering company in the electric vehicle industry, is seeking a skilled Programme Finance Manager to join its dynamic Programme Team. This role will involve working closely with the Senior Finance Manager and collaborating with the Engineering Function Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Bill of Materials at programme level and work with function teams to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.
  • Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast submissions for Programme and Engineering teams, ensuring accurate financial planning and forecasting.
  • Coach and manage a small team of analysts to support team and individual growth and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Aid in business case development for scope changes, new products, and features, and contribute to ERP implementation and process development for optimal toolsets.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Desirable: Automotive experience and knowledge of the electric vehicle industry.
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of seniority and experience.
  • Astute and analytical thinker, able to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Team player with a willingness to adapt to change in a fast-paced start-up environment.
