Programme Finance Director

At Forseven, we are seeking a highly skilled Programme Finance Manager to join our dynamic Programme Team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a scale-up, where your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our forward-thinking company.

As a Programme Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Bill of Materials at programme level and collaborating with function teams to manage change, risks, and opportunities. You will also lead annual budget and quarterly forecast submissions for Programme and Engineering teams, and coach and manage a small, growing team of analysts to support team and individual growth and development.

Requirements for this role include a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and automotive experience. You will need to be a strong communicator and business partnering skills, fostering effective working relationships at all levels of seniority and experience, and willing to challenge where necessary. Additionally, you must be an astute and analytical thinker, able to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
