We seek a highly skilled and motivated Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Presales Consultant, you will be pivotal in driving sales efforts by providing expert guidance, technical knowledge and strategic insights to potential clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales and product development teams, contributing to the growth and success of the organisation.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with prospects and customers to understand their unique business requirements and challenges. Demonstrate ManageEngine solutions to customers alongside members of the sales team
  • Stay current on market initiatives and trends
  • Attend customer meetings, tradeshows and events, serving as a ManageEngine technical consultant Work closely and collaboratively with customers to develop practical solutions
  • Ensure effective handover from Sales to Delivery
  • Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, product, or similar roles supporting a software solution within the IT management space
  • Ability to engage with and present to C-suite prospects
  • Good understanding of modern systems architecture, networking and security
  • Good understanding of modern web and mobile front-end systems, including the tools, processes, and technologies behind
  • Considerable proactive problem-solving skills
  • Extensive ability to summarise, contextualise, and communicate complex issues Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High degree of confidence in presenting software demos and leading technical pre-sales discussions
