The Role:
As the Facilities Manager, you will be the at the heart of this luxury BTR scheme. Your mission will be to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of this stunning property, ensuring every detail is perfect and every resident's need is met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Management: Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, from routine inspections to emergency repairs. Ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning optimally.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Resident Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding maintenance issues. Ensure all concerns are addressed swiftly and to the highest standard.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all health, safety, and building regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and emergency preparedness drills.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the property's infrastructure and resident experience. Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.
About You:
- Experience: Proven experience in Facilities or Maintenance Management within a residential environment. Experience with luxury properties is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of building systems, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- People-Oriented: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and the team.
- Problem Solver: Quick-thinking and resourceful, able to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Leader: A natural leader who can motivate and manage a team to achieve excellence.
