About the role:

As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.

Main responsibilities: 

Be the inspirational leader of the showroom team, ensuring all Wren customers enjoy a first-class experience  Recruit and develop incredible people who will become integral to the showroom’s success  Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
