We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Consumer Care teamas a Global Marketing Lead – Sustainability Customer Engagement for ourConsumer Care business based at our head offices, Cowick Hall, in EastYorkshire. You will develop and deliver a sustainability communicationsprogram, including specific projects, for the Consumer Care business, asdefined by the business sustainability plan.

You will lead the creation and execution of the sustainabilitycommunications plan, including thought leadership and educational programs,across target audiences. You will planand lead the successful execution of internal and external Consumer Care sustainabilityevents and training, collaborating with business and regional teams to ensure astrong focus on sustainability to meet agreed strategic objectives. You will develop sustainability content for avariety of communication channels. Youwill implement effective publicity plans to support of leadership position insustainability. You will maintainalignment of sustainability collateral and events with corporate and businessbranding guidelines and measure success of our sustainability communicationactivities. Essentials:

You will be a highly effective communicator, capable of producing a high standard of written, verbal and visual work.
You will have excellent planning and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage a communications program across multiple channels.
You will be curious and creative, contributing new ideas and ways of working to the team.
You will have knowledge of media marketing, communications and PR strategies.
You will be able to extract and summarise key points from complex technical and marketing information.
You will be self-motivated and able to work independently and flexibly.
You will have a proven record of achieving objectives and targets within previous project management experience.
Educated to degree level, ideally within marketing or communications or have equivalent marketing/industry experience.

Desirables:

Previous experience working within a global work team, including having a remote manager.
Awareness and understanding of sustainability standards, ie. ISO Carbon and LCA reporting.
Knowledge and experience in creating content compliant with legislation regarding sustainability claims.
Educational background or experience in sustainability related communications.
