The vacancy

We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Change Manager to join our Business Applications Team at Bromford. Your role will encompass leading and shaping quality assurance, change enablement, and release management processes, with a focus on optimizing ROI through FinOps oversight. You'll bring hands-on experience in software QA and IT change management, alongside proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and FinOps principles, to develop and implement processes aligned with industry best practices.

Managing a cross-functional team, you'll ensure the highest quality solutions, effectively present technical information, foster strong internal relationships, and Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other MS tools, combined with testing experience in ERP & other business applications and automation tools, is crucial. Your meticulous attention to detail, analytical prowess, and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure will drive success in this role.

Join us for a full-time adventure in our 'roaming' position. Based in either Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury, Lichfield, or Chipping Sodbury, you'll enjoy a flexible week split between workspaces and home, offering the perfect balance. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your vehicle are a must for this dynamic role.
