Reporting to the IT Programme Manager we are looking for an experienced individual who understands the value of teamwork to partner with the rest of the business in delivering IT-enabled business change projects. As we are a vertically integrated organisation you will be working across multiple areas of the business, so your commercial acumen and ability to understand key business drivers within a complex business setting will be key.
As diverse as our intellectual property portfolio, is the range of IT systems that we use. To reduce complexity, we are launching a major global technology transformation programme to deliver better business systems capabilities.
A key challenge in this role is managing multiple projects within the context of a large programme. You must ensure your projects are delivered on time, to cost and quality, whilst also keeping an eye on the overall programme objectives. This will require excellent working relationships and strong critical thinking and decision-making.
Being an expert in your field, confident in dealing with a wide range of people and having extensive skills in project management and IT-enabled business change projects, you will need effective organisational skills and experience in working with third parties from the tendering process to delivery. You will be an excellent communicator who makes sure all the teams you work with have clarity on progress and timescales, both internally and externally
The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT Systems/change projects with broad knowledge of a range of project methodologies and approaches and be passionate about finding solutions to any IT-related challenges.

Working at Games Workshop
