About us:
Gold Care Homes is a well-established independent care home group for the elderly employing around 2500 employees across 34 care homes. We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Creative Content Executive to build a trusting and positive relationship with key stakeholders, ambassadors in the industry, prospective residents, and their families. You will be a key member of the team, supporting our care homes across England to improve awareness and generate enquiries through various marketing activity.
The role responsibilities are outlined below, but please see the essential criteria before submitting an application as you will need to be able to evidence these during the interview stages.
What you will do:
Content Creation:
- Create compelling video testimonials by interviewing customers and capturing their experiences with Gold Care Homes.
- Photograph and film Gold Care Homes events, ensuring high-quality documentation of our community and brand evolution.
Storytelling:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and scripts that align with brand messaging and cater to our target audience.
- Utilise graphics, animations, and other creative elements to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement where required.
Post-Production:
- Edit photographs and videos using software like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate branding elements and ensure a consistent style across all content.
Distribution Support:
- Assist in the distribution of content across various channels including social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics, recommending improvements based on insights.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our content creation processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Photography, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in video production and photography.
- Proficient in video/photo editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, storytelling, and a wide range of multimedia content.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience making video ads
Preferred Skills:
- Animation and graphic design skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours where needed; role involves regular travel to the homes.
