**In this role you will**:

- Concepts and campaigns: Contributing to the ideation process to create innovative concepts to deliver against content, campaign and business objectives, or briefs from key
- stakeholders
- Content planning: Creating content calendars and schedules to deliver a consistent flow of content that meets deadlines
- Content editing: Reviewing, editing and approving content to ensure brand guidelines are met, accuracy and consistency of all text, imagery and video
- Content delivery: Developing efficient workflows and processes to improve content production and content team productivity
- Studio management: Management of in-house and external studio calendar including photography, podcast, video, and more, partnering with key stakeholders
- Third party management: Managing partnerships / relationships, including budgets, with all third party vendors, including freelancers, agencies, production studios, and more to deliver content production requirements
- Collaboration: Partnering and collaborating with colleagues and other functions across sales, marketing, product, events, and more, to deliver an effective content calendar and output as per business objectives and briefs
- Project leadership: Ability to lead, facilitate and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, internal designers, external agencies, budgets where required and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and campaigns
- Brand and legal compliance: Ensuring all regionally created content adheres to our brand and legal guidelines
- Content Performance: Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, including Distributor feedback, engagement, reach, clicks, shares, etc, and adjusting content plans accordingly

**Our requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Media production, Digital media, Communications or a related field
- Certification in Adobe, Content marketing, Digital storytelling or related fields
- Experience leading Content production at a management level
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Managed in-house and external studios and agencies as part of a content production role
- Experience of a business operating in multiple markets with nuances around culture, language, etc
- Experience working with Distributors, Franchisees or Self-employed business owners
- Experience of a European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector
- Fast paced and proactive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and receptive to feedback
- Meticulous
- Resilient
- Humble
