Job Description

We are seeking a talented Brand and Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Content & Communications department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for promotional activities, including new product launches and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing and Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for promotional activities.
  2. Content Creation: Utilise the latest computer technology and other mediums to design and produce marketing materials, such as editorials, websites, and online/offline promotions.
  3. Visual Library Management: Maintain and manage the creative library to ensure up-to-date materials are available for internal distribution.
  4. Project Management: Deliver assets within production timelines, ensuring all projects are completed on time.
  5. 3rd Party Management: Oversee and review work commissioned from graphic design freelancers and printers as needed.
  6. Governance: Ensure all creative assets comply with IP British law and have the appropriate usage licenses.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Provide creative input from the inception stage through to final production, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth project progression.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  2. Versatile designer with a passion for bringing content to life through meaningful design.
  3. Strong understanding of the marketing process and the role of design within it.
  4. Enthusiastic about delivering innovative and high-quality design.
  5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
