About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that showcase our brand's personality and values.

Your primary focus will be on designing a wide range of assets, including graphics, animations, and documentation, in collaboration with our partner programmes and marketing teams. You will work closely with our Marketing Communications Manager and business leaders to conceptualise designs for web, social, video, and email, and to create documentation in branded templates.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong portfolio of graphic design work, excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with design for video, including animation. You will also need to be able to work remotely from home unsupervised and have a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in graphic design or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a wide range of assets, including graphics, animations, and documentation
  • Collaborate with partner programmes and marketing teams to ensure all digital assets are up-to-date and on-brand
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and business leaders to conceptualise designs for web, social, video, and email
  • Create documentation in branded templates
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of graphic design work
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in graphic design or a related field
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Experience with design for video, including animation
  • Ability to work remotely from home unsupervised
