OurProposal

We are looking for aCountry Manager / ITManagerto lead theCloud Operations department Yourresponsibilities will involve recruitment and development of theCloudOperations targeted to be 1012 staff in 2024. Thisdepartmentworks together globally and closely with otherdepartmentsand vendors to support and enhance our overall SaaS productoffering for clients throughprogrammes covering BAU support cloudtransformation technical delivery and crossfunctionalcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.

Yourresponsibilities will be:

• Recruitguide and mentor talent to foster sustainable growth and capabilityin the region over the long term. Facilitate andorchestrate projects and daytoday activities leading by example anddiving into specifics when required.
  Chair projectmeetings tackling technical functional and organizationalchallenges headon.
  Rally the regional and global team totackle issues in a dynamic customerfocused environment whileadhering to strict regulatory and cybersecuritystandards.
  Manage project execution addressing staffingconcerns and handling escalations on a daily basis.
  Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders seniormanagement and client delivery teams.
  Enhance teamcapabilities and value through continuous staff development andfostering strong relationships with global counterparts.
  Assess current business processes and systems to pinpoint areas forenhancement.
  Serve as the liaison between the global andregional teams ensuring smooth service continuity support coverageand compliance with SLAs and SOPs.
  Address operationalgaps with a focus on metrics automation cost management riskmitigation performance reliability and adherence to cloud bestpractices.
  Identify opportunities for collaborationacross functions resource optimization and process streamlining toreduce technical debt costs and increase efficiency.
  Interpret and communicate business and technical goals from variousperspectives including client requirements internal development andoperational viewpoints.
  Act as the primary point ofcontact for resolving staffing policy or administrativeissues.

Requirements

• 1015years of IT industry experience including 57 years of leadershipand management ofteams/departments spanning BusinessAsUsual (BAU)support and projectdelivery.
• Demonstratedexperience in establishing and nurturing new teamsfunctions or skillsets.
• Proficiencyin cloud technologies particularly withinthe AWS ecosystem withcertificationbeingadvantageous.
• Demonstratedcreativity and a strong drive to analyze and resolve intricateissues.
• Comfortableoperating within a large diverse global team with multiplestakeholders.
• Familiaritywith various delivery methodologies including waterfall agile scrumandkanban.
• Exceptionaltroubleshooting abilities and analytical problemsolvingskills.
• Demonstratedprofessionalism consistency and exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills particularly inEnglish.
• AdvancedEnglish proficiency. You will work withinternational teams from all over theworld

Desirablerequirements

• Exposureto the financial services sector or experience in collectionrecovery systems would bebeneficial.
